Alan Heyman, JD, Facilitator, and Executive Coach, specializes in helping introverts thrive, navigate career transitions, and embrace their strengths in an extroverted world. With a warm and energetic approach, he has coached professionals across 32 countries and four continents, spanning Fortune 50 companies, nonprofits, public utilities, and government agencies.

A skilled facilitator, Alan designs and leads leadership training sessions that empower individuals and teams to enhance self-awareness, communication, and executive presence. Alan is also an author of books such as Don’t Just Have the Soup and Embrace Your Inner Peaches. He serves on the faculty of Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. With over two decades in public, government, and nonprofit communications, leading teams of two to 100+ people, Alan was inspired by his own career transformation to found Peaceful Direction in 2019.

Alan earned his Juris Doctorate from George Washington University Law School, his Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University, and his Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
