Kaleigh brings over a decade of experience in human resources leadership and consulting, with expertise in HR operations, organizational strategy, and talent management. She has served in senior HR leadership roles and partnered with organizations as a consultant, advising executive teams and boards on workforce strategy, HR compliance, and the design and implementation of effective people systems.

Kaleigh works across the full spectrum of HR operations, including compensation assessment and design, performance management systems, HR technology implementation, training and development, and equitable talent processes, and regularly partners with organizations to both advise on and execute practical HR solutions.

Kaleigh holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She is dual-certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
